Jeremy has over two decades’ experience advising businesses on legal and management issues, including shareholder structures, board/executive compensation, management incentives (including EMI option schemes and growth shares), employee share plans and advisory related employment and corporate law issues.
Jeremy has an extensive track record managing large scale international client projects, and has significant experience advising on cross-border incentive arrangements involving multiple jurisdictions.
