Flow Capital closes another UK venture debt deal
HLaw were pleased to have advised Toronto-Stock-Exchange-listed lender, Flow Capital Corp., on a second transaction in 2023, hot off the heels of having advised on the Wrisk investment earlier in the year. This transaction saw US $2 million invested into a venture-capital-backed cybersecurity venture, which has a UK HoldCo and subsidiaries in other jurisdictions. The Humphreys team advised on the UK debt and equity aspects, working alongside local law advisors in the US and Ireland.
