TransferGo raises US $10m in growth capital from Taiwanese fund so as to expand into Asia-Pacific
Working closely with the Lithuanian office of law firm Ellex Valiunas ir partneriai, our team advised on the UK aspects of Taiwanese VC fund Taiwania’s investment into UK FinTech, TransferGo. this was TransferGo’s first equity fundraise since raising US$50 million in what was billed as a series C round in 2021.
