We were delighted to act for Downing LLP on the investment into Managed Storage Services Ltd of an aggregate £3.8 million in VCT funds managed by Downing, funds from Downing EIS and additional funds from co-investors and management. Funds were invested to facilitate redevelopment and operation of a managed storage services site in the underground vaults of a brewery near the Barbican, central London.
