Dan Pearson arrives at Humphreys Law to spearhead focus on data

umphreys Law are thrilled to announce the arrival of Dan Pearson as a Senior Consultant to the team. Dan is here to lead our focus on data, i.e. advising on the fast-evolving rules (including GDPR) around how data can be protected, utilised, collected and transferred (within and cross borders).

Dan trained and qualified at Linklaters (into a team litigating and resolving disputes involving derivatives and other complex financial instruments) before going in-house in a senior role with the Tesco plc legal team. Most recently Dan served as general counsel at Feesat (the digital satellite television joint venture between the BBC and ITV plc).
