Debt administration platform closes pre-seed round

In the early days of 2021, HLaw helped a new venture – building a B2B debt administration platform built on a blockchain – close out its pre-seed funding round. The business, still in stealth mode, will use the capital – raised from angels – to take its corporate loan settlement platform to market.
