Feel and ITV partner up in a media for equity investment of up to £3 million
We advised our client, Feel Holdings, a fast growing digital health start-up on a mission to revolutionise the dietary supplements space, in relation to an equity investment by ITV Adventures (by way of convertible loan notes in three tranches).
This investment and partnership with ITV underpins Feel’s forthcoming media campaign across ITV’s channels, which is set to raise awareness for Feel’s innovative products and cement its position in a rapidly growing industry.
