HLaw advises CPT Capital LLP on investment into Delaware BioTech
We advised our client CPT Capital LLP, a venture fund with a focus on start-ups in the food and materials technology revolution, on their investment into a Delaware-incorporated company, Kyomei Inc., a business developing a plant-based production system for meat proteins.
We assisted with the UK aspects of the transaction, including as regards due diligence on the UK subsidiary of Kyomei, while one of our US best-friend firms advised on the US aspects of the transaction.
