HLaw assists Alice Naylor-Leyland Limited with setting up EMI scheme

The HLaw team assisted our client, Alice Naylor-Leyland Limited, with some bespoke corporate work to support the establishment of a new EMI share option plan.  The plan will be used to incentivise key employees as the company’s business, ‘Mrs Alice’, continues to grow.

Mrs Alice was founded by entrepreneur Alice Naylor-Leyland in November 2019 as the world’s first Tablescape brand.
