The HLaw team advised on certain UK aspects of a €2 million investment by a Nordic tech venture fund into a multi-faceted engineering company. The investment was part of a larger round involving various co-investors which totalled approximately €4 million. This transaction is one of a number in recent years that have seen HLaw working with clients and overseas law firms based in the Nordics.
