HLaw closes £21.7m secondaries club deal structure
HLaw advised a venture capital manager on the establishment of a Jersey limited partnership structure formed to acquire a portfolio of tech company secondaries from a large hedge fund manager for £21.7m. HLaw led the LPA and side letter negotiations on the deal.
The investors comprised two US managed funds and three European investors, with Jersey and US counsel providing local law advice.
