Investment by Finnish VC fund into Estonian FinTech flipping into the UK

Continuing a recent theme of advising on deals coming out of the Baltics, we advised an Estonian FinTech business on a ‘flip’ into the UK followed immediately by closing out a seed investment by a well-known venture capital fund in Finland. We were pleased to have worked on the transaction alongside our friends at leading Estonian law firm, Tark.
