We acted for a seed stage med-tech venture who are building a new health and wellness coaching service that provides its customers with data-driven and personalised advice. The founders have a medical background and are planning to build a business that will revolutionise the interaction of wellness and preventative programmes with conventional healthcare.
We advised in connection with an initial financing round which included investors seeking SEIS relief.
