Simsan Ventures launches early-stage diversity VC fund

The HLaw funds team advised our client, Simsan Ventures as well as its principals, on the launch of Simsan Ventures Fund 1 which is raising up to £50m and investing in seed and pre-seed Tech companies operating in the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area, South Korea and India.

Simsan Ventures is an early-stage diversity VC fund that backs underrepresented founders and diverse teams developing frontier technologies and solving vital issues. They state that they “seek mispriced opportunities” and “favour startups generating market-leading returns with scaled impact and dominating the fastest growing global markets.”
