HLaw advises Juno Bio on seed investment round lead by Ada Ventures

We assisted Juno Bio, a long-standing client, with completing their seed investment round, led by Ada Ventures. Ada Ventures invested just over £1 million, while existing convertible loan note holders converted their loan notes into equity in the company.
