HLaw provides UK tax assistance to technology venture raising series A funding

Working alongside other advisors, we were pleased to provide UK tax assistance to a technology client in connection with its series A financing round, which closed in December 2022.

The client offers software solutions through an innovative platform to manage all aspects of its customers’ creative workflows.

The financing round was led by a US-based investment firm with a focus on investments in technology companies.

We supported the round by advising on UK tax aspects, including with regard to the company’s share option plan.
