VCs co-invest on series B for e.fundamentals

We acted for Downing Ventures on a series B funding round closed by a leading UK e-Commerce insights platform, e.fundamentals.  Downing Ventures previously led the company’s series A closed in 2017 and also invested on this series B round alongside Maven Capital Partners and Scottish Investment Bank.

e.fundamentals is based in Edinburgh and has a development hub in London.  The company’s technology, however, is currently used across at least ten countries and this new investment is destined to help launch a new offering for the business in the US.

Earlier this year former Skyscanner director, Greg Urquhart, joined e.fundamentals as chief technology officer.  And the company’s client list includes household names including Weetabix, McCain and Twinings.
