HLaw ranked by the Legal 500 2022 for venture capital in London
The Legal 500 United Kingdom Solicitors 2022 rankings have now been published (the leading guide to law firms and solicitors in the UK) and we were pleased indeed to see Humphreys Law ranked in the London, Corporate and Commercial, Venture Capital league table amongst august company.
Henry Humphreys, Managing Partner, responded, “We would like to thank our clients, without whom we would not be here at all, as well as our wider team for their continuing hard work as we carve out a reputation within this field”.
The Legal 500 reported in the listings:
“Venture capital work forms a core part of niche technology and media-focused boutique Humphreys Law, which has an ability to provide ‘clear and trustworthy legal and commercial advice’ to an investee-focused client base.
‘Helpful and trustworthy’ founding partner Henry Humphreys is ‘knowledgeable of and experienced in the early-stage venture market”.
He is aided by a combination of full-time employees and consultants that includes ‘very smart’ tax expert Annette Beresford, who is able to provide invaluable input to clients on EIS-related mandates.”
Client feedback reported by the Legal 500 included:
“The firm provides detailed, clear and trustworthy legal and commercial advice.”
“The attention to detail of the team is particularly impressive.”
“They have a very refreshing and modern approach compared to some of the more established names and at a lower price point too, which feels like you are getting value for money.”
