Doug supports the HLaw team and its clients on banking and finance matters, acting for both lenders and borrowers on loans and other financing arrangements, including helping technology ventures bridge to the next equity funding round.

Having spent over 25 years advising public and private corporates and financial institutions on a broad range of banking, corporate and commercial transactions (including almost 20 years as a partner at international firm Reed Smith) Doug brings a deep level of expertise to HLaw's team and the wide range of transactions on which it advises.

Outside of work, Doug is interested in playing and watching sport and spending time with his wife and children.
