Paul represents clients in complex commercial disputes, including when urgent injunctive and/or freezing relief is required. He also advises on a range of company and shareholder matters, including allegations of unfair prejudice, claims of breach of fiduciary duties against directors, fraud and the removal of directors. Paul also advises on commercial deals, as part of and working with our Transactions team.
Paul is dual-qualified in England & Wales (solicitor) and Singapore (advocate and solicitor of the Supreme Court). He is also a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK) and is a Solicitor-Advocate (England & Wales Higher Courts Civil Proceedings).
Paul reads widely beyond the law and speaks Mandarin as a second language fluently. He has a creative spark and an irrepressible personality, which enables him to bring innovative and practical approaches to complex problems.
