Tristan is an intellectual property specialist, particularly in relation to the registration, assignment, licensing, protection, litigation about and other enforcement of trade marks and designs, as well as in dealing with unregistrable copyright, database right, passing off rights and confidential information.

Tristan has been a member of the International Trademark Association (INTA) since 2008 and currently serves on the Trade Mark Office Practices Committee.

The Legal 500 has consistently rated Tristan for his IP work over a number of years.

Outside of work, Tristan is a father of three and can be found spending rare moments of spare time scuba-diving, cycling or trying his luck at pub quizzes.
