Winston is an experienced asset management and investment funds lawyer and represents investment managers, institutional investors and service providers in the funds and asset management space. Winston is widely published and is a Private Equity Practice Advisor to Lexis-Nexis.

His recent client mandates include: acting for an international asset manager in connection with their managed account and funds of one mandates; representing a tech-venture general partner on a series of GP-led secondaries; advising a UK pension scheme on the negotiation of a £750 million managed account; and representing a hedge fund manager on their managed account rollout and trading agreements.
