HLaw joins BVCA

umphreys Law has become a member of the British Private Equity & Venture Capital Association (BVCA), the industry body and public policy advocate for the private equity and venture capital industry in the UK.

The BVCA has over 700 member firms, representing the vast majority of UK-based private equity and venture capital firms and their advisors.  Membership of the BVCA is also open to PE and VC backed investee companies.

HLaw works with a number of PE and VC funds and fund managers, advising on upstream fundraising activities as well as downstream deployment of capital and then on M&A mandates at exit.  We are also working with a select number of PE and VC backed fast-growth companies as they go through the journey from seed to series A and beyond to eventual exit.

Being a member of the BVCA demonstrates HLaw’s commitment to the private equity and venture capital sectors, within which those funds and fast-growth companies are operating.
