London biotech raises Future Fund bridge to series A

We acted for a VC-backed London-based biotech company on its funding round using convertible debt to bridge to a future series A round. The management team took advantage of the UK government’s Future Fund, operated by the British Business Bank, to match funding provided by multiple UK and US VCs and angel investors.
