Winston Penhall joins HLaw funds practice

As HLaw continues to build its practice focused on all aspects of the technology vertical, we are pleased to announce another high-profile addition that will help drive the further development of the HLaw funds team.

Winston Penhall has joined this month as a Senior Consultant and brings with him considerable experience gathered over many years advising on just about all aspects of the funds industry.

Winston was formerly a partner and EMEA head of funds at international firm Reed Smith where he worked with HLaw partners Henry Humphreys and Annette Beresford as well as other members of the HLaw team who spent time there.

Looking forward to working with and alongside Winston at HLaw will be leading funds lawyer Martin Cornish.
