BioTech venture raises further convertible debt on back of prior funding from the Future Fund
Back in late 2020, HLaw helped a London BioTech company raise funds from the Future Fund and third-party investors. At time of writing those funds hadn’t yet converted and, in July 2022, HLaw has now advised that same client in raising additional third-party funding whilst liaising with the Future Fund so as to harmonise the terms of the 2020 and 2022 investments.
