SaaS platform secures further funding in series A extension round

Having advised this UK software company on their series A investment from one of Europe’s largest VC firms back in the summer of 2021, the VC team at HLaw has now assisted the platform in landing a further investment from same investor across two VCT-qualifying tranches.
