Fyma raises seed funds from Quadri and others for analysis of real-time video by AI

HLaw’s VC team advised Fyma OU on a share for share exchange group re-organisation where a UK holding company was put on top of the Estonian OpCo and then on the immediately subsequent investment by Quadri Ventures and Second Century in the US. Fyma’s tech integrates with camera software to provide real-time analysis of video feeds, focused in particular on large property managers and retail groups as customers (who are interested in help with occupancy analysis, footfall tracking, parking management, etc).
