Jeremy Glover joins as Senior Consultant to lead on employee and management incentives

umphreys Law are very excited to announce the arrival of Jeremy Glover as a Senior Consultant to the team. Jeremy is here to advise our clients on board and executive compensation, management incentives (including EMI option schemes and growth shares), employee share plans and advisory related employment and corporate law issues.

Jeremy has an extensive track record managing large scale international client projects, and has significant experience advising on cross-border incentive arrangements involving multiple jurisdictions
