HLaw is pleased to announce the arrival of Justin Barrow as an Associate, to support and help drive the growth of our commercial practice.  Prior to a career in law, Justin has led and worked for a number of early-stage, venture backed companies and has a wealth of international commercial experience working across a range of technology sectors.

Justin advises on a wide range of commercial technology contracts, with a strong expertise in data protection.  He brings a pragmatic, commercially-realistic approach to the advice he provides.

Justin trained and qualified at Michelmores and was key member of the award-winning Technology & Innovation team, which was also part of their ranked IT & Telecom practice.   Justin has a strong interest in the space tech sector and he also speaks, reads and writes Mandarin Chinese.

Justin Barrow commented:

“This is an exciting time to be joining Henry and the team at HLaw. I am looking forward to working with a diverse set of clients who operate at the cutting edge of technology and supporting them in successfully growing their businesses.

Helping the firm to deepen its client relationships, push into new and emerging technology sectors and to broaden its international engagement is a fantastic challenge – and the combination of an agile and collaborative culture at HLaw provides a great foundation for making things happen.”

Henry Humphreys, Managing Partner, commented:

We welcome Justin to the team, and to a firm in HLaw that is going places.  Justin joins to provide bench strength to the Business Operational team on all aspects of commercial and technology contracts, as well as on data protection issues generally.  We are thrilled to have him on board.”
