Nick Westoll joins HLaw to add further bench-strength to the Transactional team

HLaw is thrilled to announce the arrival of Nick Westoll as a Senior Associate supporting our Transactional team.

Nick trained and qualified in the corporate team at Travers Smith where he was involved in a broad range of high-value and cross-jurisdictional private M&A transactions as well as takeovers and IPOs (involving companies listed or listing on the Main Market as well as AIM and other exchanges).

In 2017, Nick went in-house at the NASDAQ listed Walgreens Boots Alliance Inc, a global leader in pharmacy, health and wellbeing retail with one of the largest pharmaceutical distribution networks in the world.  Whilst with WBA, Nick advised and supported parts of the business and in-house legal teams spread across multiple jurisdictions on a range of corporate and commercial legal issues.
